Christmas Eve Evening

After our fun afternoon at the Farm with Bill's family, we returned to our home for an evening of festivities. We had to begin with DESSERT for the kids! No messing around with dinner first!

Then it was time for SUGAR COOKIES!!!! You can't have Christmas Eve without Sugar Cookies!
Holly used a new recipe that we were all anxious to taste.





Everyone got into the act with the decorating.....lots of frosting and sprinkles.









Elizabeth, Robert & Vaughn got to open a gift which just happened to be new jammies.



Elizabeth got "Just Dreamin" with cupcakes on them.



Robert got "Cars"....which he was very excited about.



After the kids were in their jammies, Grandpa read them "Twas the Night Before Christmas" before they headed to bed.



Elizabeth made sure there were plenty of cookies for Santa and carrots for the reindeer before she went off to bed.
It was a GREAT Christmas Eve!
